3. File Size Limit: Please note that each uploaded file should not exceed a maximum size of 15MB. If your file size exceeds this limit, you may need to compress or resize the document before uploading.

4. Proof of ID Documents: Accepted Proof of ID documents include your Driver's License, Passport, or National ID Card. Choose the document that best fits the requirements and ensures your personal information is clearly visible on both the front and back sides.

5. Proof of Address Documents: Accepted Proof of Address documents include Utility Bills (such as electricity, water, or gas bills), Bank Statements, Residence Permits, or Lease Agreements. Select a recent document (not older than three months) that clearly displays your name and residential address.

6. Uploading Process: Log in to your account and navigate to the "Verification" section within "My Account". Select the appropriate document type (Proof of ID or Proof of Address) and click on the upload button. Locate the file on your device and select it for upload. Wait for the upload to complete, and ensure that the document is clearly visible and all relevant information is legible.

7. Verification Completion: Once you have successfully uploaded the required documents, our verification team will review them promptly.
